Unique Human Contribution™ Decision Lab
Monthly live training in AI decision-making and human judgment
Based on TC Cooper's upcoming workbook, Don't Let AI Think for You: Protecting Judgment in the Age of AI.
AI gave you an answer.
How much should you trust it?
Trust it too quickly, and you can miss something important. Check every detail, and you lose the time AI was supposed to save.
Over three months, practice deciding what to delegate to AI, what to verify, and when to bring your own judgment into the decision.
- Three live sessions: October 20, November 17 & December 15, 2026
- Join live at noon Eastern. Can’t make it? Watch the recording on your schedule.
- $129 paid in full or three monthly payments of $47

A personal invitation from TC
In the workshops I have led this year, professionals tell me their organizations are asking them to use AI. The training teaches the tool. Very little addresses the decision that follows: Can I trust this answer, and how much should I check?
Some trust AI too quickly and miss important details or questionable assumptions. Others check everything, redoing work AI completed correctly and losing the time it was supposed to save.
Both need a clearer way to decide how much trust an answer deserves. This requires human judgment, and judgment improves with practice.
I created the Unique Human Contribution™ Decision Lab to provide this practice. Over three months, we work through one realistic case together each month, deciding what AI can support, what needs verification, when another person should review, and who remains accountable.
I bring 25 years of legal experience, including federal service as a Chief Privacy Officer, and my work as an AI governance advisor and executive coach.
You do not need a particular title or advanced AI experience. If you want to use AI with intention while keeping your judgment in the lead, I personally invite you to join us.
